WB result of anti-STAT1 (Catalog No:115684) in different cells lysates
PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:115684(STAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600
IP Result of anti-STAT1 (IP:Catalog No:115684, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:115684 1:500) with PC-3 cells lysate 3200ug.
Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using Catalog No:115684(STAT1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens)
1X10^6 MCF-7 cells were stained with 0.2ug STAT1 antibody (Catalog No:115684, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
STAT1 (signal transducers and activators of transcription 1) is a member of the STAT protein family. In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators. Various ligands, including interferons- and - , EGF, PDGF and IL-6, can activate STAT1. STAT1 protein mediates the expression of a variety of genes, which is thought to be important for cell viability in response to different cell stimuli and pathogens. This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against residues near the N terminus of human STAT1.
