- Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
2. Standard Shipping Fees
- Default rate: USD 49 for most global destinations.
- Special regions: Higher fees may apply for remote areas (e.g., parts of Africa, South America). We will notify you for approval before processing such orders.
- Recipient or Third-party accounts: If you provide a FedEx/DHL account number, NovoPro shipping charges will be waived.
3. Packaging Specifications
All orders are securely packed in our custom-designed NovoPro Customs Box (see example below) to ensure product integrity during transit:

- Weight: 0.1–0.2 kg.

- Standard Shipping: Majority of lyophilized products are shipped at ambient temperature via regular express services.

b) Temperature-Sensitive Products
- Cold Chain Shipping: Products requiring 2–8°C storage are packed with:
- Reusable gel ice packs.
- Insulated liners to maintain temperature for 48–72 hours.
- No Dry Ice: We prioritize eco-friendly gel packs over dry ice unless explicitly requested.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
- In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Out-of-stock items:
- Restocked promptly with email updates provided.
- Expedited restocking available upon request.
- Weather delays: Severe conditions (e.g., storms, flight cancellations) may extend delivery timelines.
