Background
SDCCAG3, also named as NY-CO-3, is identified as serologically defined colon cancer antigen-3. It is an endosomal protein which is involved in the regulation of cytokinesis. SDCCAG3 is involved in modulation of TNF response. This gene has four isoforms with MW 40-50 kDa.
