Validations
HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:112852(MRPS25 antibody) at dilution of 1:500
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using MRPS25 antibody Catalog No:112852 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-MRPS25 (IP:Catalog No:112852, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:112852 1:500) with HEK-293 cells lysate 1600ug.

Background
Mitochondrial ribosomal protein S25 (MRPS25) belongs to the ribosomal protein S25/L51 family.It is a component of the mitochondrial ribosome small subunit (28S) which participates the translation of proteins. This antibody specifically recognizes the 18 kd MRPS25 protein.
