Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using Catalog No:111836(IRF4 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 25x lens)
mouse spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:111836(IRF4 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
IP Result of anti-IRF4 (IP:Catalog No:111836, 3ug; Detection:Catalog No:111836 1:500) with mouse spleen tissue lysate 4000ug.
1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.2ug IRF4 antibody (Catalog No:111836, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Background
Interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4) is a member of the IRF family of transcription factors, expressed in most cell types of the immune system. IRF4 is a transcription factor essential for the development of T helper-2 (Th2) cells, IL17-producing Th17 cells, and IL9-producing Th9 cells, as well as dendritic cell (DC). It binds to and activates the interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE) of the MHC class I promoter, and may have a role in ISRE-targeted signal transduction mechanisms specific to lymphoid cells.
