MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:111810(INTS8 antibody) at dilution of 1:300
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using INTS8 antibody Catalog No:111810 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-INTS8 (IP:Catalog No:111810, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:111810 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 4000ug.

Background
INTS8, also named as C8orf52, is a Component of the Integrator complex which is a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. INTS8 is associated with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II largest subunit (POLR2A) and is recruited to the U1 and U2 snRNAs genes.
