Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using Catalog No:111492(HMOX2 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using HMOX2 antibody Catalog No:111492 at 1:50 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:111492(HMOX2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600
IP Result of anti-HMOX2 (IP:Catalog No:111492, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:111492 1:500) with Raji cells lysate 2000ug.

Background
Heme oxygenase is the rate-limiting enzyme in the heme degradative pathway. There are 2 isozymic forms of heme oxygenase, an inducible heme oxygenase-1 (HMOX1) and a constitutive heme oxygenase-2 (HMOX2). Down-regulation of HMOX2 is associated with the increased expression of HMOX1 in human cell lines. HMOX2 is also named as HO-2 and could be implicated in the production of carbon monoxide in brain where it could act as a neurotransmitter.
