Validations
HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:109186(CEP72 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using CEP72 antibody Catalog No:109186 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
IP Result of anti-CEP72 (IP:Catalog No:109186, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:109186 1:1000) with HeLa cells lysate 520ug.
