mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:116284(TMX4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human brain using Catalog No:116284(TMX4 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens)
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human brain using Catalog No:116284(TMX4 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using Catalog No:116284(TMX4 Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with .2ug TMX4 antibody (Catalog No:116284, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
TMX4(Thioredoxin-related transmembrane protein 4) is also named as KIAA1162, TXNDC13. It is a type I transmembrane protein, with a Trx-like domain facing the ER lumen and may be to enable protein folding in cooperation with these proteins consisting of folding complex in the ER. It could work as a reductase in the environment of the ER(PMID: 20056998). The full length protein has a 23 amino acid signal peptide. This antibody is specific to TMX4.
