Background
TAF9 and TAF9B are involved in transcriptional activation as well as repression of distinct but overlapping sets of genes. This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the full length 172Aa isoform(AK6) of human TAF9. Adenylate kinase isoenzyme 6(AK6) has broad activity as an NMP kinase. This antibody can also recognize the 169Aa isoform, but it can not recognize the 264Aa isoform(TAF9) of this peotein.
