Background
SRGAP3, also named as ARHGAP14, KIAA0411, KIAA1156, MEGAP and WRP, is a GTPase-activating protein for RAC1 and perhaps Cdc42, but not for RhoA small GTPase. SRGAP3 may attenuate RAC1 signaling in neurons. The antibody is specific to SRGAP3. It has no cross reaction to SRGAP1 or SRGAP2.
