Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:115665(SRC antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
IP Result of anti-SRC (IP:Catalog No:115665, 5ug; Detection:Catalog No:115665 1:1000) with SH-SY5Y cells lysate 2900ug.
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer using Catalog No:115665(SRC antibody) at dilution of 1:10 (under 10x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of A431 cells using Catalog No:115665(c-SRC Antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)
1X10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were stained with 0.2ug c-SRC antibody (Catalog No:115665, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
SRC, also named as SRC1 and p60-Src, belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family and SRC subfamily. It is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase that plays pivotal roles in numerous cellular processes such as proliferation, migration, and transformation. In concert with PTK2B, SRC plays an important role in osteoclastic bone resorption. It promotes energy production in osteoclasts by activating mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase.
