Western blot analysis of extracts of NIH/3T3 cells, using phospho-STK4-T387 pAb at 1:1000 dilution.NIH/3T3 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37u2103 for 1 hour or Nocodazole (50 ng/ml) at 37u2103 for 20 hours.Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.Detection: ECL Basic Kit .Exposure time: 180s.

Background
Core component of nucleosome. Nucleosomes wrap and compact DNA into chromatin, limiting DNA accessibility to the cellular machineries which require DNA as a template.
