    1X10^6 K-562 cells were stained with 0.2ug OXER1 antibody (Catalog No:113526, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

    1X10^6 K-562 cells were stained with 0.2ug OXER1 antibody (Catalog No:113526, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

  • Background
    OXER1, also named as GPR170 and TG1019, is a receptor for eicosanoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as 5-oxo-6E,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenoic acid (5-OXO-ETE), 5(S)-hydroperoxy-6E,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenoic acid (5(S)-HPETE) and arachidonic acid. It seems to be coupled to the G(i)/G(o), families of heteromeric G proteins. (PMID:12065583) This antibody is specific to OXER1.
