Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer using Catalog No:111589(ICAM-1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens)
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer using Catalog No:111589(ICAM-1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens)
IP Result of anti-ICAM-1 (IP:Catalog No:111589, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:111589 1:500) with Raji cells lysate 1520ug.
1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.2ug ICAM-1 antibody (Catalog No:111589, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1, CD54) is a glycosylated, transmembrane protein, a member of Ig super family. This protein involves in cell adhesion by interacting with a number of 2 integrin family members such as LFA-1 and Mac-1. Its expression is regulated by chemokines. This protein migrates approximately 115 kDa on SDS gels.
