Background
Forkhead box protein D4-like 6（FOXD4L6）also named as FOXD4 like 6 is a 417 amino acid protein, which contains one fork head DNA-binding domain. FOXD4L6 localizes in the nucleus. The molecular weight of FOXD4L6 is 46kDa, but our experiment always detected a 60-70kDa protein by western blot.
