HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:110646(FH antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer using Catalog No:110646(FH antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using FH antibody Catalog No:110646 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
IP Result of anti-FH (IP:Catalog No:110646, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:110646 1:1000) with HepG2 cells lysate 2400ug.
1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug FH antibody (Catalog No:110646, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
FH(fumarate hydratase) belongs to the class-II fumarase/aspartase family. It is an enzymatic component of the tricarboxylic acid cycle, catalyzing the conversion of fumarate to malate. FH also acts a tumor suppressor functions of FH in sporadic kidney cancer(PMID:21695080). This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative initiation.
