HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:110414(EXOSC8 antibody) at dilution of 1:500
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4T1 cells, using EXOSC8 antibody Catalog No:110414 at 1:50 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
IP Result of anti-EXOSC8 (IP:Catalog No:110414, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:110414 1:500) with HEK-293 cells lysate 1560ug.
