    HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:109077(CCR5 antibody) at dilution of 1:800

    1X10^6 K-562 cells were stained with 0.2ug CCR5 antibody (Catalog No:109077, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

  • Background
    CCR5 (also known as CD195) is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family. This protein is expressed by T cells and macrophages, and is known to be an important co-receptor for macrophage-tropic virus, including HIV, to enter host cells. The natural chemokine ligands that bind to CCR5 include MIP-1-alpha, MIP-1-beta, MCP-2 and RANTES.
