Validations
A375 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:108971(CCDC28A antibody) at dilution of 1:300
Immunofluorescent analysis of MCF-7 cells, using CCDC28A antibody Catalog No:108971 at 1:50 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).

Background
CCDC27 also named as coiled coil domain containing 27 is a 656 amino acids protein, which contains a coiled-coil domain. CCDC27 expression is predominantly in male testis and not detected in some cell lines. The function of CCDC27 is still non-known and need to be further studied.
