Background
ART5 (Ecto-ADP-ribosyltransferase 5) belongs to a class of enzymes that catalyze the transfer of an ADP-ribose group from NAD to arginine residues on target proteins like G proteins. ART5 is a secreted protein. This antibody detects the 43kD ART5 protein in mouse liver and testis.
