Anti-V5 Tag Antibody, Mouse MAb, Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence staining of V5-Tag in Hela cells, transfected with pSTEP2-V5-mFABP4-his (Figure A), pSTEP2-mFABP4-V5-his (Figure B), pSTEP2-V5-ARG1-his (Figure C) and pSTEP2-his-ARG1-V5 (Figure D). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Mouse anti-flag-Tag monoclonal antibody at 37℃ 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
