Validations
Fig1: Western blot analysis of THAP11 on Hela (1) and NTERA-2 (2) cell lysate using anti-THAP11 antibody at 1/1,000 dilution.
Fig2: ICC staining THAP11 (green) and actin filaments (red) in NTERA-2 cells. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.
