Preparation
This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Human SIGIRR / TIR8 (rh SIGIRR / TIR8; Q6IA17-1; Met1-His118) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions, the unreacted PE was removed.

Formulation
Aqueous solution containing 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide
-
Storage instructions
This antibody is stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored at 2℃-8℃. Protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze !
Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Flush with large volumes of water during disposal. -
Applications
FCM
-
Validations
SIGIRR / TIR8 Antibody (PE), Rabbit MAb, Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric analysis of Human SIGIRR expression on SW480 cells. Cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-Human SIGIRR. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.

Background
Acts as a negative regulator of the Toll-like and IL-1R receptor signaling pathways. Attenuates the recruitment of receptor-proximal signaling components to the TLR4 receptor, probably through an TIR-TIR domain interaction with TLR4. Through its extracellular domain interferes with the heterodimerization of Il1R1 and IL1RAP.
