Oct4 Antibody (FITC), Mouse MAb, Flow cytometric

Flow cytometric analysis of Oct4 in human embryonic stem (ES) cells. Human embryonic stem (ES) cells were fixed and permeabilized with BD Cytofix/Cytoperm™ Fixation/Permeabilization buffer (BD Pharmingen™ Cat. No. 554714), and stained with FITC Mouse anti-Oct4 monoclonal antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
