Applications
Microneutralizaiton (MN) - The EV71 VP1 protein neutralization activity of antibody is Measured by microneutralization assay in vitro. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 0.9766 µg/mL with EV71 genogroup C4 (100CCID50).

Validations
Enterovirus 71 VP1 Neutralizing Antibody
The neutralization activity of EV71 VP1 Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by Microneutralization test in vitro. The cytopathic effect of RD cells (10E5/well) induced by 100CCID50 EV71 genogroup C4 is neutralized by increasing concentrations of anti EV71 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog EV71-H136). The IC50 is typically 0.7-1.3 µg/mL. NA: No antibody added.
