To prepare L  TAE (Tris-Acetate-EDTA) Electrophoresis Buffer 50×

1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
2. Add 242.28 g of Tris base to the solution.
3. Add 60.05 g of Acetate to the solution.
4. Add 18.612 g of EDTA(Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt dihydrate) to the solution.
5. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
