- Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 175.32 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 27.598 g of Sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate to the solution.
- Add 5.844 g of EDTA (ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid) free acid to the solution.
- Adjust the pH to 7.4.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Store at room temperature.
