- Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 4.967 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.246 g of Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate to the solution.
- Add 2.993 g of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate to the solution.
- Add 7.879 g of Sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate to the solution.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Autoclave for 15 min on liquid cycle. Store for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. Prewarm to the appropriate experimental temperature before use.
