To prepare L  Kanamycin Stock Solution

1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
2. Add 50 g of Kanamycin sulfate to the solution.
3. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
4. Filter sterilize the solution into a falcon tube using a 20ml syringe and a 0.22 μm filter. Aliquot into 1.5ml Eppendorf tubes. Keep stock at -20°C. Working Conc. = 50 µg/mL
