HEPES (1.0M, pH 7.5) Preparation and Recipe

To prepare L HEPES (1.0M, pH 7.5)

Sodium Hydroxide	5.5 g	0.137 M	NaOH/40	1310-73-2

Prepare 0.8 L of H2O in a suitable container.
Add 238.3 g of HEPES(N-2-Hydroxyethylpiperazine-N'-2-ethanesulfonic acid) to the solution.
Add 5.5 g of Sodium Hydroxide to the solution.
Add H2O until the volume is 1 L.
