- Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 7.999 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.4 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.14 g of Calcium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.048 g of Magnesium sulfate anhydrous to the solution.
- Add 0.046 g of Magnesium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.047 g of Sodium phosphate dibasic to the solution.
- Add 0.06 g of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate to the solution.
- Add 1 g of Glucose to the solution.
- Add 0.35 g of Sodium bicarbonate to the solution.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Sterilize and refrigerate
