- Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 0.166 g of Calcium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.37 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.03 g of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate to the solution.
- Add 0.098 g of Magnesium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.034 g of Magnesium sulfate anhydrous to the solution.
- Add 7.999 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.226 g of Sodium bicarbonate to the solution.
- Add 0.12 g of Sodium phosphate dibasic to the solution.
- Add 1 g of Glucose to the solution.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Sterile filter and store in 500-mL aliquots at 4°C.
