- Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 40.907 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 6.099 g of Magnesium chloride hexahydrate to the solution.
- Add 7.394 g of Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate to the solution.
- Add 1.49 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 7.607 g of Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid to the solution.
- Adjust the pH to 5.5.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Autoclave or filter through a 0.2-μm membrane. Store at 4°C.
