- Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 8.023 g of Ammonium chloride to the solution.
- Add 1.001 g of Potassium bicarbonate to the solution.
- Add 0.029 g of EDTA (ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid) free acid to the solution.
- Adjust the pH to 7.2-7.4.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Store for up to 6 months at room temperature.
