Validations
Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:116468(UBA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer using Catalog No:116468(UBA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using UBA5 antibody Catalog No:116468 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-UBA5 (IP:Catalog No:116468, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:116468 1:1000) with HeLa cells lysate 1800ug.
1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug UBA5 antibody (Catalog No:116468, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Background
UBA5(Ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme 5) is also named as UBE1DC1,ThiFP1.It has been detected highest UBE1DC1 expression in spleen, high expression in most other tissues examined, and low expression in colon, prostate, brain, and ovary by RT-PCR analysis(PMID:16328888).
