Validations
HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:116048(THoc5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600
IP Result of anti-THoc5 (IP:Catalog No:116048, 3ug; Detection:Catalog No:116048 1:300) with HEK-293 cells lysate 2000ug.
Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using Catalog No:116048(THoc5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using Catalog No:116048(THoc5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)
1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were stained with 0.2ug THoc5 antibody (Catalog No:116048, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Background
THoc5, also named as C22orf19, or KIAA0983, is a 683 amino acid protein, which belongs to the THoc5 family. THoc5 is ubiquitously expressed in many tissues. THoc5 localizes in the nucleus and acts as component of the THO subcomplex of the TREX complex which is thought to couple mRNA transcription, processing and nuclear export, and which specifically associates with spliced mRNA and not with unspliced pre-mRNA.THoc5 plays a role in cytokine-stimulated monocytic development and affects granulocyte/macrophage differentiation.
