Product Information

  • Product Name
Mouse PILRB (Fc Tag) recombinant protein
  • Documents
  • Description
Paired receptors consist of highly related activating and inhibitory receptors and are widely involved in the regulation of the immune system. PILRB is thought to act as a cellular signaling activating receptor that associates with ITAM-bearing adapter molecules on the cell surface. Seems to associate with DAP12 and is a receptor for CD99. May be involved in target cell recognition by natural killer cells and in activation of dendritic cells.
  • Protein name
Paired immunoglobulin-like type 2 receptor beta
  • Protein short names
ACTIVATING COUNTERPART; PAIRED IMMUNOGLOBULIN-LIKE TYPE 2 RECEPTOR BETA; CELL SURFACE RECEPTOR FDFACT; ACTIVATING RECEPTOR PILR-BETA; IMMUNOGLOBULIN-LIKE CELL SURFACE RECEPTOR FDFACT; FDACT; FDFACT; PILRB
  • Uniprot ID
    Q2YFS2
  • Gene Name
    Pilrb; Fdfact; Pilrb1
  • Source/Expression Host
    Human Cells
  • Expression Plasmid/cDNA
A DNA sequence encoding the mouse PILRB1 (Q2YFS2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Gly 193) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
  • Protein Species
    Mouse
  • Molecular weight
The secreted recombinant mouse PILRB1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 406 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 45.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmIL1RAPL1/Fc monomer is approximately 55-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Purity
    > 85 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
  • Validations

Mouse PILRB1 Protein (Fc Tag) SDS-PAGE

Mouse PILRB1 Protein (Fc Tag) SDS-PAGE
