IP Result of anti-OGFR (IP:Catalog No:113334, 5ug; Detection:Catalog No:113334 1:500) with COLO 320 cells lysate 1200ug.
Immunofluorescent analysis of COLO 320 cells using Catalog No:113334(OGFR Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)
1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were stained with 0.2ug OGFR antibody (Catalog No:113334, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.
