Expression Plasmid/cDNA
A DNA sequence encoding the human IL3RA (NP_002174.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 305) was fused with the C-terminal polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
-
Protein Species
Human
-
Molecular weight
The recombinant human IL3RA/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 535 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 61 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh IL3RA/Fc monomer is approximately 80-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
-
Purity
> 75 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
-
Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human IL3 at 20 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human IL3RA with a linear ranger of 0.064-1.6 μg/ml.
-
Validations
Human IL3RA / CD123 Protein (His & Fc Tag)
