  • Description
    Cell surface presentation of LV9 epitope is ERAP1 dependent. The reduced capacity to generate the E7 derived LV9 epitope by CD8/TIL low ERAP1 pairs suggests that ERAP1 activity may control presentation of epitopes derived from E6 and E7 that provoke antitumor T-cell responses. LV9 binds to HLA-A*0201.
