Validations
HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:111503(HNRNPC antibody) at dilution of 1:500
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using Catalog No:111503(HNRNPC antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using HNRNPC antibody Catalog No:111503 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-HNRNPC (IP:Catalog No:111503, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:111503 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 1080ug.
1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug HNRNPC antibody (Catalog No:111503, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
HNRNPC, also named as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins C1/C2, is a 306 amino acid protein, which contains 1 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain and belongs to the RRM HNRPC family. HNRNPC localizes in the nucleus. It binds pre-mRNA and nucleates the assembly of 40S hnRNP particles. HNRNPC may play a role in the early steps of spliceosome assembly and pre-mRNA splicing. HNRNPC can act as a tetramer and is involved in the assembly of 40S hnRNP particles and plays a role with CSDE1 in internal initiation of translation during mitosis.
