ELISA Binding Assay of Anti- Budesonide Antibody to different proteins.
ELISA analysis of Anti-Budesonide Monoclonal Antibody with Budesonide-BSA, Budesonide-OVA, BSA, OVA and Budesonide ADC. Anti-Budesonide Monoclonal Antibody can bind to Budesonide-BSA, Budesonide-OVA or Budesonide ADC but not carrier proteins.
ELISA Binding Assay of Anti- Budesonide Antibody
Immobilized Budesonide ADC at 2μg/ /mL (100μL/well) can bind anti-Budesonide mouse monoclonal antibody.

Background
Budesonide is a potent corticosteroid medication renowned for its efficacy in managing inflammatory diseases affecting both the airways and gastrointestinal tract. This glucocorticoid exerts its therapeutic effects primarily through topical administration, demonstrating a remarkable ability to alleviate symptoms with less impact on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis compared to equivalent doses of oral prednisone. Beyond its traditional uses, budesonide has also found application as a payload in antibody–drug conjugates, underscoring its versatility in combating inflammatory conditions and even cancer. By binding to glucocorticoid receptors, budesonide initiates cascades of gene expression changes that modulate inflammation over varying time frames, making it a cornerstone in the treatment of diverse inflammatory disorders.
