Background
FMC63is a murine-derived scFv targeting a conserved CD19 epitope on B-cell malignancies, with high affinity and stability for robust tumor recognition. It serves as the antigen-sensing domain in FDA/EMA-approved CAR-T therapies (e.g., Kymriah®), enabling potent T-cell activation and cytotoxic killing of CD19+ cancer cells.
