Validations
AMY2B Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #134791) western blot analysis in HL-60,CEM and K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the AMY2B antibody detected the AMY2B protein (arrow).
AMY2B antibody (N-term) (Cat. #134791) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the AMY2B antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
AMY2B Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #134791) flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of AMY2B Antibody (N-term) (Cat#134791) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
